Please make a note of these on your calendars!

Plenty of tasty treats from around the world are available at Taste of Downtown Burbank, one of the biggest outdoor food festivals in region. The festival features more than 35 restaurants including many favorites as well as some new and exciting eateries. It’s an amazing party that benefits a really wonderful cause – the Burbank Community YMCA scholarship fund, which makes the YMCA’s programs affordable to the entire community. Tickets will be available online starting August 19. For further information, check out www.tasteofdowntownburbank.com

Parents are invited to bring their little ghosts & goblins to Downtown Burbank on Halloween from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. for an early evening of trick-or-treating before all the bigger ghosts come out! Participating Downtown Burbank merchants will provide treats.  The core area of trick-or-treat activity is on San Fernando Boulevard between Magnolia Boulevard and Angelino in Downtown Burbank. Booo-tiful Downtown Burbank is free and open to the public.

Make it a weekend of great art, music & food at one of largest open-air arts festivals in the region! For two days, Downtown Burbank streets are filled with more than 100 award-winning artists selling original works and demonstrating their craft, Saturday and Sunday, November 8 & 9. The event is free and open to the public.

Now in its fifth year, this must-see art event attracts more than 30,000 people, who come to browse the one-of-a-kind oil paintings, prints, sculptures, photography, ceramics and more on display. Attendees can purchase or commission unique works of art at affordable prices, enjoy live musical entertainment, watch pottery wheel demonstrations and see chalk artists recreate masterpieces on city streets. It’s the perfect way to experience a European-style street festival with great shopping, outdoor dining and entertainment... all combined in an inviting downtown setting.
