Founded by Downtown Burbank Partnership in 2003, the Downtown Burbank ARTS Festival is a semi-annual event produced in partnership with .West Coast Artists.   The spring festival, to be held this year on Saturday & Sunday, April 14 & 15, will focus on emerging artists with Burbank Arts for All and the Burbank Arts Education Foundation. The November fall show will spotlight contemporary artists and craftsmen. The Downtown Burbank ARTS Festival is one of the largest cultural art events in the region drawing more than 30,000 art patrons for each show.

Every July and August Downtown Burbank Partnership presents a free summer music festival with eight glamorous nights of boogie, hop and salsa. Festivities kick off at 6:00 P.M. with dance lessons courtesy of Francisco and Stacey of The Dance Family Studio. Participants learn the latest dance steps and sharpen their moves before putting it all into practice when the band strikes up at 7:00 P.M.

A four-block mouthwatering adventure featuring more than 40 restaurants and eateries, Taste of Downtown Burbank is one of the most festive culinary events around. Many of Burbank's finest restaurants are featured with cuisines from around the world and samples that include every flavor under the sun. Enjoy a bite, relax in the open-air beer and wine garden and take pleasure in a swinging dance floor! Tickets give access to unlimited food samples, chef demos, competitions and live entertainment. Downtown Burbank comes alive to the sounds of thousands of costumed kids and oodles of poodles decked to the K-9’s for Halloween. Parents are invited to bring their goblins and ghouls for an early evening of trick-or-treating. Downtown Burbank merchants provide free treats from store-to-store. And pet owners are encouraged to bring along their favorite K-9 dressed in the Halloween spirit for the Annual Downtown Dog Parade on the AMC Walkway.

Every December 1-12, Downtown Burbank hosts an enormous celebration filled with special events, holiday treats, live entertainment and more. 12 Days of Holiday Cheer begins on the evening of December 1 with the Mayor's Tree lighting and Santa's Downtown Wonderland. The spectacular kickoff is followed by festivities, most of them free, every day and night through December 12. The enormous 12-day celebration is presented annually by Downtown Burbank Partnership, Burbank Town Center, City of Burbank and the Burbank Community YMCA.
